When you submit the form, KCProServ receives the name, email address, organisation, topic and message you provide. This information is used to respond to the enquiry and manage related business communication.
Optional email for book downloads
You may download a free book without providing an email address. If you choose to enter an email address, it is stored with the book title and download date so KCProServ can send occasional updates about new books and practical resources. You can ask for your email to be removed at any time through the contact page.
Visitor and download counts
The website keeps an aggregate visitor count and records the number of times each book download is requested. A first-party browser cookie is used to avoid counting the same visitor repeatedly within a 30-day period. These counters are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and individual book download totals are not displayed publicly.
Website operation
The website does not intentionally use advertising trackers. The hosting provider may retain standard technical logs such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps for security and operational purposes.
